Integrating WhatsApp lets agents send and receive WhatsApp messages using your existing software. We primararily do this for ZOHO Apps users. Messages are turned into tickets like those that arrive via SMS, email, or chat support. Then they’re added to the queue alongside all other voice and message contact. With the integration, we would automate the touch points and triggers to send a whatsapp message. You could also send manual messages from ZOHO CRM using our integration.
